Calumet Country Club - Homewood, IL

2016 - Present

  • Serving the club's members & guests as the PGA Director of Golf & Membership.

  • Oversee the club's active instruction program, incorporating useful technology to expedite players' enjoyment of the game.

  • Led the campaign for – and execution of – the 97th Chicago District Golf Association Championship in 2016, the 87th Illinois State Amateur Championship in 2017, the AJGA Midwest Junior All-Stars Championship in 2017, and an Illinois PGA Stroke Play Stroke Play Championship in 2017, providing a terrific experience to all competitors and spectators, as well as a great learning opportunity for the entire club staff.

  • Recruited over 70 new members in a two-year stretch, growing the club's roster by over 25%.

  • Created and continue to enhance a boutique shopping experience in the club's golf shop.

  • Completely revamped the club’s tournament schedule after being charged with the responsibility to start from scratch.  This included creating a modern three-day member guest, two traditional member-member tournaments, season-long match play competitions, a new district-wide fall invitational tournament, and reincarnated a one hundred year old member guest called Calumet Plae Dae, among others. 

North Shore Country Club - Glenview, IL

2012 - 2015

  • Served as senior assistant professional under Master Professional Tim O'Neal.

  • Hosted the Encompass Championship, a marquee Champions Tour event from 2013-2015.

  • Spend more than 25% of my time in-season working with students on their game.Execute all club tournaments including league play and 'major' guest and member events.

Augusta National GC/The Masters - Augusta, GA

2011 - Present

  • Charged of the managing the ‘Mezzanine’ level of the main outdoor golf shop which includes the entire Men’s luxury Clubhouse Collection, Peter Millar exclusively for the Masters, and all Ladies apparel.mber events.

  • Supervise over 40 Masters employeesn one of the most stressful retail environments for seven straight 16 hour days without incident.

  • Have an absolute blast being around the most incredible event in sports!

Oakmont Country Club - Oakmont, PA

2008 (Internship)

  • Completed a 7-month internship where I served as an assistant caddiemaster/outside operations staff member.

  • Assembled and assigned 'loops' to a corps of 250+ caddies on a daily basis.

  • Hosted and created a pleasurable experience for several guest groups for the membership.

  • Assisted with the club's 10-week junior golf program.

Little Harbor Country Club - Wareham, MA

2002 - 2006

  • My first job - EVER!

  • Given the responsibility to open & close the club at age 17.

  • Was responsible for all pro shop merchandising.

  • Managed up to five employees in most aspects of golf operations including tournaments and outings, golf cart fleet maintenance, F & B sales, and inventory management.

  • Assisted with the 120-140 student junior clinics for seven weeks each summer.

Vesper Country Club - Tyngsboro, MA

2010 - 2011

  • Served as senior assistant professional under PGA Professional Paul Boland.

  • Instructed over 35% of lessons during my tenure.

  • Responsible for buying nearly all soft and hard goods for a shop that grossed over $300K per season.

  • Groomed outside staff to provide superior member and guest experiences at their second home.

Seminole Golf Club - Juno Beach, FL

Winters, 2010 - 2014

  • Served as part of an elite caddie corps to give members and guests the best possible service, guiding players over a difficult course.

  • Help members and guests feel welcome and at ease as they arrive on property and throughout their round, becoming truly immersed in the Seminole experience.

Medinah Country Club - Medinah, IL

2007 (Internship)

  • Through this internship I became familiar with the workings of a $2+ million merchandise operation.

  • Responsible for receiving all incoming merchandise for the 2,500+ square foot golf shop.

  • Served as starter and head rules official on Course #3 during the Medinah Classic, the country's 2nd largest member-guest tournament.

  • Assisted in the buying for the upcoming 2008 golf season in part to my solid understanding of softgood trends and manufacture.

White Cliffs Country Club - Plymouth, MA

2004 - 2006

  • Worked alongside PGA professionals as an outside services staff member as well as golf shop assistant.

  • Assisted with pro shop merchandising.

  • Spent as much time as possible learning about what constitutes superb tournament setup and execution.
