Each spring, for the last decade, I pinch myself, for I have the true priviledge to work alongside some of the brightest and kindest people I've ever met in an effort to execute a critical component of the greatest event in all of sports - The Masters Tournament. This is an opportunity I cherish and hope to fulfill for many years to come.
The Masters Tournament
2011 - Present
In my current role, I serve as the managing front of house supervisor of the Main Golf Shop, overseeing all two dozen or so sales floor departmental assistant supervisors, who in turn manage between five and fifty tournament employees within their area.
Prior to assuming current role, assisted in property-wide merchandise setup & sell-through for the 75th - 79th Masters
Charged with interacting with members, their guests, and tournament competitors to make their shopping experiences as enjoyable as possible
Given the trust to do “whatever it takes” in most instances to assist customers
